The CCCR Member Directory
Garry Kasparov and IBM's computer named Deep Blue, 1997.
All memberships extend from January 1st through December 31st. We currently have 24 members (including 1 lifetime member) in the Community Chess Club of Rochester (the member list will be updated shortly). The membership is $25 annually ($35 for all family members living in the same household). When you join at $25 ($35 family rate), you get to play your first Wednesday night for free (no entry fee: you save $3). As a CCCR member, the entry fee is $3 each Wednesday evening that you come to play USCF-rated chess. CCCR membership is not pro-rated, but it is reduced after half of the membership year has passed. From July 1st thru December, the club dues are lowered to $12 ($17 family rate). Please note that there is no free game on the 1st night when you join for the discount rate. Non-members can play USCF-rated chess with a $4 entry fee. Visitors and new members are always welcome.
